LG Mobile Phone Service Centre is direct supported by LGE Headquarter and also support All other LG Authorized Service Centres for quicker and better faulty analysis and solution for repair. LG Mobile Phone Service Centre is supporting all LG customers for national-wide by Walk-in, by mail and by drop off points. For the Walk-in customers, we will do 1 Hour express service. For mail and drop off customers, also we will provide very fast and good quality service.

We are supplying all required parts for all LGE products for all nationwide customers.

How to Get Service

• Walk-in Express Service

Walk-in express service: mostly within 1 hour as far as parts available, Level M, 55 Parramatta Rd Lidcombe NSW 2124 (Inside Adidas Building) Parking at Basement
1) by Car,
2) by Train, the cloest train station is Auburn station, by walk about 15 min.

• Mail Your Phone

Post to your phone to us by Mail to LG Service, PO Box 6917 Silverwater NSW 2128. We will repair your phone within 2 days and send to your designated deliver address where-ever in Australia.
  • Please back up your important data (User’s data might be erased due to repair purpose
  • Remove any password or Pattern lock (or Write on the paper together with the phone)
  • Do not send customer’s SIM card and Memory card
  • Copy of proof of purchase is essential if warranty service

Repair Policy

Warranty applies from the date of purchase A proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims Warranty phones deemed non-warranty do not attract fee

What This Warranty Does not Cover:

1. Defects or Damage resulting from use of the Product in other than its normal and customary manner.
2. Defects of damage from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, Unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, Alteration, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of LG, including damage caused by shipping, Blown fuses, spills of food or liquid.
3. Breakage or damage to antennas, unless caused directly by defects in material or workmanship.
4. If the Customer does not notify LG of the alleged defect or malfunction of the Product during the applicable warranty Period, the Customer shall have no coverage or benefits under this warranty.
5. Products which have had the serial number removed or made illegible.

For Non-Warranty Repair

A $25 inspection fee applies to book in the phone Physical damage/Fluid ingress/Non-genuine products are not covered under warranty A $25 fee applies to quote rejection/inspection.
